You can eat pizza, donuts, cake, or any of your favorite foods, and as long as you’re in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight.
Now, there’s a little catch here. If you eat a lot of highly processed, low-nutrient foods, you’ll feel constantly hungry, and you won’t stick to your calorie goal. If you don’t stick to your calories, you won’t see fat loss. Plus, it’s unhealthy and can lead to vitamin and mineral deficiencies. So, your goal should be to eat 80% nutrient-dense, minimally processed whole foods and 20% „treats.”
In my opinion this is, hands down, the best weight loss strategy because this way, you won’t be as hungry in your deficit, and you’ll still be able to include your favorite foods in moderation, which will make your fat loss more sustainable and enjoyable.🙂
